The house

Sugar Loaf Serenity has a light-filled interior with white-washed wood and an open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the pool and vegetation. The main bedroom's bathroom has white marble finishes. All four bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning and closets; the first two have full ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has streaming television and a walk-in closet, and Bedroom 2 includes a sofa bed. The three full bathrooms each have a shower.

The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and television. Fitness equipment includes an elliptical, stationary bike, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat. There is a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Outside are a heated private pool, a deck/patio, five lounge chairs, patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella, and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Driveway parking accommodates 12 cars. The home is approximately 2,000 square feet and is minutes from Southampton Village and neighboring beaches.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
