Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating guest groups during a stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
