The villa is in the Sugar Hill community in St. Peter, with Holetown nearby for shopping, dining and entertainment. The property has views over the Caribbean Sea and access to Sugar Hill community facilities, including a resort pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, padel courts and clubhouse restaurant.

No smoking anywhere on the property. The padel court costs BDS $100 per hour; rackets cost BDS $20 each and balls cost BDS $30 per tin. Padel reservations and payment are made at reception. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
