House rules
The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. Follow the good neighbor policy and do not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not for guest use. The primary bathroom's tub jets are not for guest use.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Parking is limited to two cars. The condo spans three stories, with three bedrooms on the top floor and one on the ground floor. The Quechee Club is less than two miles away; its recreational facilities require a purchased pass.
