The 2,260-square-foot condo has a kitchen, dining area and living room on the second floor. A downstairs den provides a game table and a second smart TV. Outdoor spaces include decks, a patio, outdoor seating and a gas grill.

Three bedrooms are on the top floor, including a primary suite with forest views, a private balcony, a desk workspace and its own bathroom. A fourth bedroom is on the ground floor. The primary bathroom's tub jets are not for guest use. A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are provided. The equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron, toiletries and room-darkening shades are provided.

The Quechee Club is less than two miles away. A purchased pass provides access to two championship golf courses, a driving range, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, eight Hard-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, paddle tennis, a lake with boats, a fishing dock, a beach, an alpine ski hill and trails for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and backcountry skiing. Woodstock is eight miles away, Hanover 12 miles, Killington Resort 28 miles and Pico Mountain 30 miles.

The condo has a private entrance and self check-in. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
