Maximum occupancy is two guests, and guest numbers must not exceed the reservation. Stays are temporary only; use as a permanent residence is prohibited. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the rental. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including porches, decks and outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, and tents or other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Subject to booking-channel terms, applicable charges include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or the actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; official or HOA fines plus related damages; and up to one night's rental for late departure. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may lead to termination of the stay and removal without a refund. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Property entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Shared amenities are outside Avari's control. The booking channel's cancellation policy applies. Unit-specific terms override the general rental terms, and booking-channel terms control if they conflict. If the property becomes unavailable for reasons outside Avari's control, no refund or compensation is owed under the general terms. For other unavailability, a comparable substitute may be offered; if none is available, guests may choose another property with the applicable price difference or receive a full refund, subject to booking-channel terms.

Getting there

The beachfront complex has a boardwalk leading to the beach, a few steps beyond the shared pool. Gulf State Park and access to Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail are across the street.
