KITCHEN & DINING AREA Brightly lit and exuding a pleasing air of vintage flair, the kitchen is an oasis of comfort and functionality.

Timber cabinetry meshes pleasingly with white countertops and tiles, while a pop of colour from the cherry-red fridge delivers a dose of charming personality. There’s also a dining table for four in here – perfect for serving up a freshly made dinner. BEDROOMS The principal bedroom is expansive and chic. Unadorned by rugs, take in the raw beauty of the parquet flooring here, where you’ll find a double bed, a cosy leather armchair and gorgeous art hanging on the walls.

The remaining two bedrooms are both accessible from the living room: one contains two single bunk beds, a small desk and a beautiful blue and red rug, while the other features a single bed and a chic glass desk. BATHROOM The bathroom benefits greatly from its full-size window, brightening the room and reflecting light off the brilliant azure tiling above the bath. The vintage mirror atop a mantelpiece reinforces that traditional charm, and you’ll also find a shower and wash basin in here.

There are two separate WCs – one in the hallway and one in the entryway.
