The living room has chevron parquet flooring, white panelled walls, a moulded ceiling, matching vintage mirrors and four armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen has timber cabinetry, white countertops, a red fridge and a dining table seating four. Appliances include an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, kettle and coffee maker.

The principal bedroom has a double bed, a leather armchair and artwork. Both remaining bedrooms are accessed from the living room: one has single bunk-bed sleeping arrangements and a small desk, while the other has a single bed and a glass desk. The bathroom has a full-size window, a bath with shower and a wash basin. Two separate WCs are located in the hallway and entryway.

The apartment is on the third floor, with lift access. Guests can use the building’s private garden behind the building. There is a projector rather than a television. Central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and bed linen are provided.

Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before check-in receive a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
