House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must submit a passport or valid ID to meet Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism requirements. A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.

The Dubai Water Canal is steps away; Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa are minutes away.
