House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Loud music is forbidden, and guests must keep balcony noise down. Noise complaints can result in a breach notice, removal from the apartment and forfeiture of the remaining stay without a refund. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Clean the rooftop kitchen, dining area and barbecue after use, wipe ovens and tabletops, and dispose of rubbish. Building management may issue a breach notice and charge cleaning costs if shared areas are left dirty. CCTV operates in common areas, but there are no cameras inside the apartment. Always lock the apartment door with the key when leaving; it does not lock automatically. Use the marked rubbish and recycling chutes in the room to the left of the apartment, away from the lifts, on the right-hand side. Do not overfill bags or block the chute.
Getting there
The parking space has a 2 m clearance. The rooftop is reached using the far-right lift. Communal amenities, including the pool and barbecue area, may close for maintenance. The apartment is directly opposite Albert Park Lake; St Kilda Beach, Luna Park and the Botanical Gardens are moments away. Nearby public transport connects to the CBD and surrounding suburbs.
