The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The downstairs primary suite has cathedral ceilings, a rocking chair, a large walk-in closet, direct deck access and a 37-inch TV with an HDMI port but no cable. Its en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The open living room has a sofa, armchairs and a wood-burning fireplace. A second living area has a sectional, sofa, armchair and 40-inch TV with Roku for streaming. The kitchen has a full suite of appliances and a coffee maker; the formal dining table seats six. Towels, bed linens, hangers and an iron are provided. A washer and dryer are available in a common space.

The back deck has two Adirondack chairs, two loungers, a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for four. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after beach visits.

Fells Pond, also known as Jim Pond, is a couple of minutes away on foot for kayaking, swimming and fishing. Popponesset Beach and South Cape Beach State Park are two miles away. Nearby Popponesset Marketplace offers shopping, dining, entertainment and mini-golf. The Cape Cod Children's Museum is two and a half miles away, and the 341-acre Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge is seven miles away.
