House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. The apartment is not suitable for children aged 2–12 but is suitable for infants under 2. No quiet time is designated. Request sofa-bed setup if needed. Guests using the travel cot must bring their own bedding, including a 95 × 65 cm fitted sheet.
Getting there
The apartment is on the lower ground floor below a family home, and sound from upstairs may occasionally be audible. The garden is shared; only the terrace beside the flat is reserved exclusively for guests. Access to the second, shared terrace involves stairs. Rectory Road Overground Station is under a 10-minute walk away; Stop S on Stoke Newington Road is a seven-minute walk away.
