The renovated apartment is on the second floor, reached by stairs. Original geometric cement tiles and elegant ceilings are combined with modern, minimal furnishings. The entrance hallway contains an armchair, a vintage radio and a console.
The open-plan living area has a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot and kettle. There are three bedrooms; two each have a queen-size bed and a balcony on Via Magione. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout, and a hairdryer is available. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided.
The apartment is in the historic centre's limited traffic zone. Palermo central station is a six-minute walk away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 32 km away. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places in the surrounding historic centre may cause noise.
