Smoking anywhere in the property, parties, events, gatherings, hen or stag parties, and commercial use including filming or professional photography are prohibited. Respect neighbours and avoid excessive noise, particularly in the evening and at night. Unregistered guests and visitors are not allowed. Only guests confirmed on the booking may stay; additional unconfirmed guests may be refused or incur an additional charge. Pets are prohibited except registered service dogs. Follow the property's rubbish disposal instructions, take care of belongings and leave the flat in the same condition as on arrival. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the stay. City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left behind. Each guest must complete a pre-check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time and provide government-issued identification. Non-UK residents must provide a passport; UK nationals must provide a UK driving licence or passport. Standard self check-in usually involves a nearby Key Nest location or an onsite lockbox. Optional assisted check-in costs £40 between 16:00 and 19:00, or £60 from 19:00 onwards. Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival may have check-in moved from 16:00 to 19:00, and check-in is subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 42 days before check-in.

The flat is on a raised ground floor in a residential area. Key collection may be at a different address from the property.
