The house

The apartment has timber floors, vaulted ceilings and an open-plan living and dining area with natural light and access to a private terrace overlooking the city. The living-room sofa converts into a fold-out bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes storage, a coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware.

Upstairs are two generously sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and its own private terrace; the second bedroom has natural light. A dedicated study has been converted into a small additional bedroom with a single bed. Guests have access to the entire home.

Heating and cooling, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, professional cleaning, self-check-in and 24/7 guest support are provided. Hot water, shampoo, stair gates, a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector are also available.

Flinders Street Station and Federation Square are a short walk away, with nearby trams, restaurants, bars, cafés, galleries and laneways. The apartment is also close to the Yarra River, Treasury Gardens, Fitzroy Gardens, Southbank and the theatre and arts precinct. The MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Park and the Australian Open precinct are nearby destinations for sports and events.

Keys must be collected from a Keynest location a 5–10 minute walk from the property. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are not accommodated under the house rules.
