The house

Guests have access to the entire house, arranged over three floors. Original fireplaces, stripped floorboards and sash windows retain its Victorian character. The principal bedroom has twin sash windows, a cast-iron fireplace and fitted wardrobes. A second double bedroom is under the eaves, with a smaller third bedroom alongside. There are two bathrooms and two desk spaces.

The kitchen-diner has stone worktops, a Bosch double oven, a wide induction hob, a bean-to-cup coffee machine and a dining table seating six. The garden has a lawn, two terraces, fruit trees and a barbecue. Bed linen, towels, tea, coffee and kitchen essentials are provided, with professional cleaning and 24/7 guest support.

Lordship Lane is a ten-minute walk away, and Bellenden Road is under ten minutes away on foot. Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park are nearby; Dulwich Picture Gallery and the Horniman Museum are a short bus ride away.
