House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Parties or events can result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not suitable for infants under 2. No designated quiet time. One set of keys is provided; an additional set can be requested at booking.
Getting there
South Bank, QPAC and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre are within walking distance. South Brisbane train station is a five-minute walk away. Self check-in requires collecting keys from a nearby key store within 500 metres, approximately five minutes away. Keys must be collected before 23:00 and returned after 06:00; fees may apply for alternative arrangements. Parking is limited to one vehicle.
