## About the house

The master bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite; the second bedroom has two king single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and city glimpses. Ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning provide cooling, and professionally laundered linen is supplied.

The living area has park and city views, lounge seating, a Smart TV and a dining table seating four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and cutlery. A dedicated study nook provides a workspace. A central bathroom is positioned near the entry, and the concealed laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and sink.

Shared building facilities include a swimming pool, BBQ area, gym, library and communal courtyards. One bath towel per guest is provided, but pool towels are not supplied. Starter tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen, bathroom and laundry essentials are provided, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash; these supplies may not last the entire stay.

Cafés, restaurants and public transport are nearby. South Brisbane train station is a five-minute walk away, and bus routes serve the area. Guests have full access to the apartment. The host is not available in person, but a support team is available 24/7.

Self check-in requires collecting keys from a nearby key store within 500 metres, approximately five minutes away. Keys must be collected before 23:00 and returned after 06:00; fees may apply for alternative arrangements. Parking is limited to one vehicle.

No pets, smoking, parties or events. Parties or events can result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not suitable for infants under 2. No designated quiet time. One set of keys is provided; an additional set can be requested at booking.
