Guests have exclusive use of this single-level apartment. The private balcony has skyline views, and the open-plan living and dining area includes a sectional sofa, board games, floor-to-ceiling windows and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided in every room.
The kitchen has a stone-topped island with seating for three, a full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker and cookware. The master bedroom has an ensuite, balcony access and built-in robes. The second bedroom offers a king conversion on request. An optional living-room sofa-bed setup carries an additional setup and linen fee. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, towels and toiletries; the main bathroom also contains a washer-dryer. Starter supplies of coffee, tea and toiletries are provided.
Shared building facilities include an outdoor pool, sun deck, spa and communal BBQ pavilion. Guests have access to Broadbeach Travel Inn facilities and a free secure underground parking space. Kurrawa Beach is a five-minute stroll away, with Oracle Boulevard cafés nearby.
