Each bedroom has its own bathroom and occupies a separate level. The master bedroom is on a private floor and has a queen bed with hotel-quality linen, air-conditioning, an ensuite and a private balcony with seating for two. It overlooks leafy surrounds with city glimpses. The secondary bedroom is off the main living area, with a tropical leafy outlook, an adjoining bathroom with a shower over the bath, a pedestal fan and cooling towers.

The open-plan living area has air-conditioning and a 32-inch TV with access to Netflix. The kitchenette includes an oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and cookware. The indoor dining table seats four. Outdoor dining seats four, with leafy views and city glimpses. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and sink.

Building facilities include a shared pool, gym, BBQ area and grassed park area. The pool will be closed for maintenance from July through October 2026. Secure parking is provided for one vehicle, with secure visitor parking available for up to four hours.

Professionally laundered linen and one bath towel per guest are supplied. Arrival essentials include tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen and laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner and body wash; these starter supplies are not intended to last the full stay. Long stays are available.
