Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
