This house opens onto a large terrace with ocean views and a private natural-stone pool. A spacious, modern kitchen sits beside the living room, with space to prepare meals and spend time together. Green mountains and gardens surround the property. Both spacious bedrooms have their own bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a sofa bed; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The house accommodates five guests and also includes a guest bathroom, a laundry area with a washer, a TV, and indoor parking. The house is in a gated community, a five-minute drive from the center of Playa Venao. Its remote location can bring occasional power outages, and there is no generator.
