House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are prohibited; violations may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not suitable for infants under 2. Pets are allowed at no additional fee. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price. It is calculated per person, per night according to local regulations and collected directly before check-in; advance payment is requested.
Getting there
There is no elevator in the building. Bedrooms are upstairs within the duplex. Mabillon Metro Station is about a 3-minute walk away, Saint-Germain-des-Prés Metro Station is around a 5-minute walk, and Odéon Metro Station is within 7–10 minutes on foot. The Louvre is about a 10–12-minute walk away and Notre-Dame Cathedral is around a 15-minute walk; the Seine is a few steps away.
