High ceilings, classic furniture and coastal styling with rustic touches define Casa Lolita. The main floor connects a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a spacious living room and formal dining area to the oceanfront terrace and pool. A garden, jacuzzi, palapa, wet bar, gas grill, lounge chairs, outdoor furniture, firepit lounge and alfresco dining area complete over 480 m² of outdoor living space.

Five bedrooms contain two king beds, three queen beds and two single beds. Four main bedrooms have ocean views, while second-floor rooms offer panoramic coastline and surrounding views. The villa has six bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked bar and a living-room HD TV.

Within the gated Cabo del Sol community, the villa sits just beyond the tees of the 8th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Ocean Course. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is minutes away.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises; violations may incur a fine. At least one guest must be 30 or older to book and stay. A security deposit is required and is fully refundable if there is no property damage. Cancellations are permitted up to 60 days before arrival; payments are non-refundable after that period. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter reservations are non-refundable.

Daily housekeeping is included, except on Sundays and Mexican public holidays.

## What concierge services are available?
The reservation includes a personal concierge through Wynwood House to organize restaurant reservations, activities, private chefs, yacht rentals and grocery stocking.

## How does check-in work, and when is assistance available?
Wynwood House uses a fully automated check-in process. Assistance is available through its digital concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

## What transportation options are suggested?
The property page recommends Uber or Cabify for car travel. Wynwood House also offers a chauffeur service that can be requested by the day, by the hour or for a specific pickup.
