This villa pairs high-ceilinged common areas and large windows with views of lush tropical surroundings. Outside, a private pool sits among green gardens, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, an al fresco dining area and a BBQ zone with utensils and fuel provided.

The three bedrooms accommodate six guests with one king bed and two queen beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; the property has four bathrooms in total. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and cooking utensils. Amenities also include air conditioning, heating, indoor parking, a patio or balcony, TV, washer and dryer.

Located in Jardines del Morete, a gated community surrounded by rainforest on Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific Coast, the villa is a three-minute drive from downtown Uvita and Marino Ballena National Park.

## What are the check-in and check-out arrangements?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Wynwood House uses a fully automated check-in process and offers assistance through its digital concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

## Which additional services and activities can be arranged?
On request, services include a private chef with custom meal plans, daily cleaning and in-house massages. Assistance is also available for arranging sport fishing, seasonal whale watching, waterfall hikes, horseback riding, zip-lining, snorkeling at Caño Island, and coffee or chocolate tours. Wynwood House offers chauffeur service by the day, by the hour or for a specific pickup.

## What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival are fully refundable. After that cutoff, cancellations are not refundable.
