The apartment has a living room with a sofa that converts into a single sofa bed, a dining table and an equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, kettle, microwave and oven.

The master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen, storage and wardrobe space are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub, with towels and toiletries supplied. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, and basic cooking and shower supplies are provided. Heaters and fans are available.

A supermarket, ATM and pharmacy are on Rua da Junqueira, the street parallel to the apartment. Trams pass by the house, and Uber, taxis and trains are options for trips to Lisbon and Cascais.

Access involves a staircase. The water heater has limited capacity; after the hot water runs out, it takes time to heat again. Using more than two high-wattage appliances at once can trip the electricity; a €40 charge applies if it trips due to overuse.

Maximum occupancy is five guests; no additional guests are allowed. No smoking, pets, parties or events. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not for infants under 2. Turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving. All guests must present valid identification before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities. Late check-in from 20:00 to 02:00 costs €25, collected before check-in and payable by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. For arrivals after 02:00, confirm availability before booking. A €50 fee applies for locking yourself out or failing to return keys to the lockbox at checkout; losing a set of keys costs €80. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price. It is calculated per person, per night under local regulations and collected before check-in.
