Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Respect the neighbors, who are sensitive to noise. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price. It is calculated per person, per night under local regulations and collected directly before check-in; advance payment is requested.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor and has an interior elevator. A few steps lead down into the courtyard; an external accessibility lift requires a badge reserved for disabled guests. Request the badge in advance.
