The second-floor studio is in a residence in a quiet area of Sainte-Maxime, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The living and sleeping area has two 90 cm single beds and one 140 cm sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, griddle and coffee maker. Air conditioning, a television, fan, hair dryer and smoke detector are provided.
Guests have a private balcony, reserved private parking and access to the residence's tennis court. The shared swimming pool opens from May to October, daily from 09:00 to 20:00.
Beaches, restaurants and shops are nearby. Saint-Raphaël–Valescure train station is about a 30-minute drive away. Toulon-Hyères and Nice Côte d'Azur airports are each about a 1-hour-15-minute drive away. Buses connect Sainte-Maxime with Saint-Tropez and Fréjus, with stops near the town center.
