## About the house

This renovated studio is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The living space has one sofa bed, a TV and Wi-Fi. The open kitchen includes a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge and dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a shower, plus a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and ironing equipment. Heating and a smoke detector are provided.

The Palace of Versailles is a 10-minute walk away, and Versailles-Rive Droite station is an 8-minute walk away. Nearby places include Notre Dame market, Place d’Armes and the Marie-Antoinette estate. Paris is reachable in 40 minutes by public transport. The neighborhood is lively during the day and evening.

A Welkeys concierge greets guests and hands over the keys. Arrival information is provided before the stay through a dedicated traveler app, and assistance is available throughout the stay. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bath towels, bed linen and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Private chauffeur, in-home chef and local activity services are available on request.

The studio is on the first floor without an elevator. The neighborhood is lively during the day and evening. The Palace of Versailles is 10 minutes away on foot, and Versailles-Rive Droite station is 8 minutes away on foot. Montparnasse station is 30 minutes by car or 40 minutes by public transport; Paris-Orly airport is 35 minutes by car or 1 hour 10 minutes by public transport; Paris-CDG airport is 40 minutes by car or 1 hour 30 minutes by public transport.

Up to two guests, excluding infants. Children are welcome. Late check-in from 21:00 to midnight incurs a 25€ charge; check-in between midnight and 06:00 incurs a 44€ charge. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bath towels, bed linen and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Free cancellation is available up to five days before arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies from five days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
