House rules
Children aged 2 to 12 and babies are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not receive deliveries at the property, and must not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
Getting there
The studio is in Centro, Florianópolis, one block from the North waterfront and approximately 550 m from Beiramar Shopping. Paid parking is available; the parking gate is 1.90 m high.
