House rules
Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium or stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not receive deliveries at the property, and may not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking.
Getting there
The studio is in central Florianópolis, one block from the North Beira-Mar waterfront, about 5 minutes on foot from Beiramar Shopping and 8 minutes on foot from Pátio Milano. Beiramar Shopping is listed at 550 m, Pátio Milano at 800 m, Hercílio Luz Bridge at 3 km and Florianópolis International Airport at 17.7 km.
