Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be communicated in advance and identified to the management. Guests must follow condominium rules. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking.
Getting there
The studio is in Centro, Florianópolis, about 550 m from Beiramar Shopping, 800 m from Patio Milano and one block from the North Bay waterfront. Paid parking is available, with a 1.90 m gate-height limit.
