Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered visitors must be communicated in advance. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Deliveries and packages are not accepted at the property or condominium. Guests must follow condominium rules, provide identification documents after booking, and must not hang items outside or flush toilet paper. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Self check-in is used without an in-person host.
Getting there
The studio is in Centro, Florianópolis, one block from Beira-Mar Norte. Beiramar Shopping is listed at 550 m, with the page also describing it as about a five-minute walk; Pátio Milano is listed at 800 m and about an eight-minute walk. Paid parking is available, with a 1.90 m gate-height limit.
