Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance. Deliveries cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Guest identification documents are requested after booking confirmation. The property may have occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external works.
