Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium or stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules and provide identification documents for each guest after booking. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Extra cleaning and linen changes are available for an additional cleaning fee.
