Children ages 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted; cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered visitors must be communicated in advance. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules. Package deliveries are not permitted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking confirmation. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external works may occur.
