Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and visitors must be communicated in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
