Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors must be identified in advance. Condominium rules must be followed. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional noise from condominium or external works may occur during legally permitted hours.
