Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents are requested for each guest after confirmation. Self check-in is used without an in-person host.
Getting there
The studio is in Centro, Florianópolis, about 550 m from Beiramar Shopping, 800 m from Patio Milano and one block from the North Beira-Mar waterfront. Beiramar Shopping is described as about five minutes on foot and Patio Milano as about eight minutes on foot. Paid parking is available in the condominium; the parking gate is 1.90 m high.
