Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Package deliveries are not permitted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external works may occur within legally permitted hours.
Getting there
The studio is in Centro, Florianópolis, one block from the North waterfront. Beiramar Shopping is listed at 550 m and approximately 5 minutes on foot; Pátio Milano is listed at 800 m and approximately 8 minutes on foot. Ponte Hercílio Luz is listed at 3 km and Florianópolis International Airport at 17.7 km. Paid condominium parking has a 1.90 m gate-height limit.
