Children ages 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance with identification details. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
Getting there
The studio is in central Florianópolis, one block from the North waterfront, about 550 m from Beiramar Shopping and about 800 m from Pátio Milano. The listing presents the area as walkable, and paid building parking is available with a 1.90 m gate-height limit.
