Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium or stay overnight. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies, or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Check-in is self-service; arrivals are from 14:00 to 23:00. Check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00; after 10:00, an additional daily charge applies.
