Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by condominium management. Extra cleaning and linen changes are available for an additional cleaning fee.
