Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance with identification details. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not receive packages at the property or condominium, and may not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Cleaning included in the stay is performed at checkout; extra cleaning and linen changes incur a cleaning fee.
