Check-in is self-service from 14:00 to 23:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, events, candles or incense, and loud music during quiet hours are prohibited. Only registered guests may access the condominium; overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Guests must follow condominium rules. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Guest identification documents are requested after confirmation. Cleaning included in the stay is performed only at check-out; extra cleaning and linen changes may incur a fee.
