Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be identified in advance. Condominium rules must be followed. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking. Self check-in is provided without an on-site host. Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional night charge.
