Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Guests must follow condominium rules and quiet hours; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Package deliveries are not permitted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.
