Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance for condominium access. Guests must provide identification documents for everyone in the reservation after confirmation. Common areas, including the pool, may not be used. Extra charges apply for check-in after 20:00: R$100 from 20:00 to 22:00 and R$160 after 22:00. Late check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional night charge.
