The house

La Cordée 7, also named Edelweiss, is a renovated studio suited to two adults and two children in a quiet setting near Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce. The entrance sleeping area has two single beds measuring 80 × 190 cm. The main living space includes a convertible sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is one bathroom with a bathtub, towel dryer and single washbasin, plus a separate toilet. The south-east-facing balcony looks towards Mont Blanc.

Facilities include a ski locker, outdoor parking in front of the residence, Wi-Fi, TV and Chromecast. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, induction hobs, kettle, microwave and toaster. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided.

The Essential self-catering service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning except the kitchen. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included. Additional à la carte services are available through the Cimalpes agency.

The Chattrix ski lifts are a 350 m walk from the residence, with a ski shop nearby. The slopes are 350 m away, the ski school is 1,400 m away and the centre is 6,800 m away.
