This 20 m² studio occupies the third floor of a building with no elevator. Guests have exclusive access to the accommodation, which includes a living room with an open kitchen, one double bed, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. The kitchen has utensils and dishes for meals.

Heating, a hair dryer and Molotov TV are available. Bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, with professional cleaning and linen preparation before arrival. The windows have blackout curtains rather than shutters. Washing machines are shared with other occupants in the basement at level -1.

Shops, including a Carrefour Market, are nearby. République bus stop is 50 metres away, Annappes République V'Lille station is less than 100 metres away, and Annappes TER station, with regular services to Lille, is less than a 10-minute walk away. Parc du Héron is less than 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public transport. La Haute Borne science park is around 10 minutes by car, Decathlon Arena around 30 minutes by bus, and the University of Lille's Cité Scientifique around 20 minutes by public transport.

Self check-in allows key collection and return without the host present. Additional services offered include luggage storage, a private driver, children's equipment and activities. Guest support is available from 09:00 to 23:00, with emergency maintenance technicians available from 10:00 to 17:00.
